An experiential mini- workshop for motivated couples who want
to use their intimate relationship as a powerful vehicle for personal transformation

Individuation is a healthy component of relationship and it can make or break your ability to go deeper in long-term partnerships. The lack of individuation is often what can make a partner feel crazy or feel trapped, stuck, and alone.

In this workshop we will explore questions like:

▪ What does it mean to individuate?

▪ What keeps us stuck and co-dependent?

▪ How do we individuate? What’s required?

In this 2-hour workshop, you and your partner will meet other couples on a similar journey of being committed to growth and simultaneously challenged by the difficult journey of relationship. We will have discussion and do exercises to deepen our connection, intimacy, and strengthen our ability to individuate. Our intention is that after this workshop a group of couples will form to meet on a regular basis to explore deeper intimacy and connection.
